The 25-year-old forward’s first three seasons in the league didn’t go as hoped after he was drafted No. 8 overall by New York in 2020. Since then, he’s averaging 7.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in only 14.7 minutes. Those aren’t numbers that are expected out of a lottery pick.
